    "message": "Prepare dtptite 0.1.0 for CRAN submission (#37)\n\n- Replace the escalation:::phase1_tite_sim call with the exported simulation_function() dispatch; it returns the same function.\n- Set version 0.1.0, require R >= 4.1.0, and use License: GPL (>= 3). LICENSE stays in the repo but is excluded from the build.\n- List ICR as copyright holder and NIHR as funder; add the NIHR acknowledgement to `?dtptite` and the README.\n- Add cran-comments.md.\n- Skip the three slow TITEgBOIN comparison tests on CRAN. CI sets `NOT_CRAN=true` so they still run there.\n- Add examples to all exported functions.\n- Declare `n_missed` as a global variable.",
